Return and Exchange
Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it is not possible to cancel the order, even in the case of ongoing promotions.
Returns and Refunds: At The Royal Dessert, we guarantee that your order will arrive at the specified shipping address in perfect condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receipt. Provide a detailed description along with photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, any claims submitted without proper supporting documentation will not be eligible for reshipment. The Royal Dessert reserves the right to limit replacements.
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- If the product is not received after 15 working days (excluding Fridays).
- If the product is lost during shipping.
Please ensure that you notify us at least 2 days before the mentioned time frame. Additionally, contact your local courier hub to inquire about the status of your parcel using the tracking code provided at the time of booking shipment confirmation.
The Royal Dessert is not liable for failed deliveries in the following cases:
- You provide an incorrect or outdated address.
- Your recipient is out of town or unavailable.
- You fail to provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling by the carrier.
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 days back to the original mode of payment. Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or past its expiration date.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of the refund request.
